China’s industrial heat exchanger industry grows steadily

In recent years, the low-end products of international heat exchanger industry have been transferred to Asia, and our country is one of the important markets.

Europe and the United States currently pay more attention to the field of high-end plate heat exchanger, has gradually withdrawn from the pressure vessel type of shell and tube heat exchanger products, the world’s shell and tube heat exchanger production center gradually shifted to Japan, South Korea, India, China and other Asia. But in the world, the competitiveness of various plate heat exchangers is gradually rising. In terms of development prospects, although shell and tube heat exchangers are still dominant, but plate heat exchangers are promising.

The growth of industrial heat exchanger industry in China has been steady. China’s energy consumption of $100 million GDP far exceeds that of developed countries, and the task of saving energy and reducing energy consumption in industrial fields is urgent and arduous. At present, the industrial cooling water consumption is about 80% of the total industrial water use in our country and the water intake is 30% to 40% of the total industrial water consumption. The heat exchanger equipment is an industrial energy dissipation and large water consumption. According to statistics, the energy consumption of heat exchanger equipment accounts for 13%-15% of industrial energy. In order to improve the social efficiency, the policies of resource saving and clean production in the near future have greatly increased the application requirements of high efficiency, water saving, energy saving and environmental protection cooling (coagulation) equipment. The technical improvement of heat exchanger is also required.

In the field of heat exchanger, there is still room for improvement in the traditional water cooling, air cooling and evaporative cooling, and the compound cooler has many advantages, which make its future broad.

Composite cooling (coagulation) mode can use air cooling, evaporation, water cooling and other basic cooling forms for combined heat transfer cooling, and with environmental changes to obtain cooling (coagulation) effect, while reducing the consumption of water, electricity and other resources. For example, the efficient composite cooler manufactured by Longhua Heat Transfer Company is better than the traditional water cooling equipment in all indicators, and has the incomparable advantages of the traditional water cooling equipment. It is expected to be low-cost and gradually replace the traditional water cooling equipment.
